I've got a Dean, it's not the best, it's not the worst, it's ok, but I got it signed by The Silence (i'll be mentioning them alot now that they got a singer again) and by a female guitarist named Heather from a local group.
And if you want a great acoustic (not acoustic electric) get a Taylor, good ones are expensive, but worth it.
