I think I know what happened...

The dude that was tasked to hunt the pirates during the crackdown following the release of "At Swim" used a playlist from an innocent user, that contained both the illicit songs but also the official songs from Passenger, and that same dude, unable to tell the difference, proceeded to tell Google to block all those too thinking VEVO probably meant "fan-club" in some remote exotic language

[*]Exotic far-east VPN through UK : can see "Passenger" & "Little Bird" but not "What'll I do"
