Actually, the gap comes BEFORE the first song. And as for software, download the Nero 6 demo from
http://www.ahead.de - It's a 30 day trial. If you like it (it's fantastic), I recommend you buy it. (In Nero, you add the files you want to burn to a new compilation, then select all except the first track, right click, and change the gap from 2 to 0.)
And do folks know you can get an SHN plugin for it - So you don't have to bother extracting them to WAV before burning them anymore? Tis v handy.
And don't use anything by Roxio (Adaptec etc) - They're mind-blowingly atrocious.
