well the story with tickets is that there are actually 2 websites selling them:
-one in which the prices are really crazy

http://www.ticketone.it/ which tells that they are still selling tickets either online either by phone, but actually the website works 5 minutes per day....so i still dunno if tickets are still available or not.... calling by phone it's quite expensive and not recommended...
the other option is to try in ebay but still there is nothing, you can try some days before the concert.
finally, you have to be lucky to find some...
