£150 try the Fender Gemini Series, you'll also get a fairly good Yamaha for that price. I sat thisto everyone but the best thing to do is to go down to the shop and ask the guy there, play a few and see how it fells / sounds. Shop around. Also, the local ad papers tend to be good i.e. they have good guitars at better prices than the shops.
