Pukkelpop is supposed to be a great festival, and that line-up looks pretty amazing. Have fun!

"Amn't" isn't a word. The last thing you have to worry about is flemish.

Probably best not to use Cille's line. Belgians are a bit more sensitive than the Dutch, and it will probably have the opposite effect

but i'm available for dutch lessons if you want them
and as for a typical flemish sentence, if you want to say to some hot Belgian guy that you like him, say " Ik zie u graag"

It would be something like this:

Ik = Ick

zie = c

u = pronounced as the German "für", I can't think of a similar vowel sound in
English

graag = also doesn't sound like anything in the English language. For the
Flemish effect, pronounce the g's softly. Pronounce the vowels like
in "yoga"

Can I have two beers please? = mag ik twee bier alstublieft?

mag = soft g, the "a" should sound like it does in "car"

ik = ick

twee = make the "ee" sound like A

bier = beer

alstublieft = ahlstübleeft (a like in car, ie = ee, like in beer)

ok, the basics of dutch is really to sound like you have a sore throat and are trying to cough up some slime... like this [kra rarrra ra rarraaa grrrraa ik kirragraat ik hurrrarten]

easy as peas.

there is no english equivalent for it. that's why they have such difficulties pronouncing certain german words...

Y'know I've just realised, someone so easily distracted wouldn't have time to draw such an adorable bunny.
