I've just been informed that Damien sang "creep" and "the blower's daughter" with the Frames at Marley Park. I want to curl up in a ball and die for not being there. Edited by: Patricia

So true and always when I'm sad I listen to Damien but obviously that won't help this time. Aw it's not just that though, it's other things going on in my life too. The concert was meant to cheer me up and take me away from everything else...god the irony Sorry tricia for moaning in your thread...i'm going soon

*flies to France and dies with tricia* Gosh that sounded more morbid than I meant it to...well at least the gig's over now so thoughts of driving to Marlay Park at 100 miles an hour have left my head

Was at the Frames gig and it was a blast, when Damien came on stage I nearly flipped, couldn't believe it, he sang the Blowers Daughter and Creep. It was funny cause I could actually see him at the side of the stage for most of the gig, didn't realise it was him until he came on Stage, can't wait until he plays in Dublin again. BellX1 were great aswell will and as for the Frames what can I say. It is a good time for music in Ireland and long may it continue, Got the Bsides the day it came out and delighted is number one, the word is obviously spreading.

i only got down for idlewild but having no ticket decided to sit in the park and listen to it... then we got kinda cheesed off as a policeman on a horse came over and tried to take our beer but we said we were leaving... then we walked into the forrest and easily slipped under the railings and got in frames were brilliant and damien coming out was quite a suprise (also him getting the biggest cheer) pity i cant remember much of the day/night but i do remember having one of the best times of my life so its all good |
