Default Yann Tiersen

Waouh !

I saw Yann Tiersen 2 days ago live in Switzerland.
It was a long time ago.
Always so good !

May be french people know him better because he did "Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain".
But he plays a lot of other very good music.

Have a look:

I like it, Claude. Very beautiful piece of violin.

I almost got myself a ticket when he came to Cologne this month. But the fact that I don't listen to him much, and his recent project doesn't really match my taste... But most of all the tick is not cheap for a student like me. So at last I didn't go, which makes me feel regret now after watching your video

I love everything about Amelie. The story, the cinematography, the acting, and of course the music. It is one of my favorite films and it is hard to find anything new that is as good, in my opinion. That movie turned me into a bit of a film snob, lol. ;p
Also, I get so mad when people I know don't want to watch it in French with subtitles. Grrrr. I could never watch in any other way, and I should speak French soon, as much as I have seen it. Films should be watched in their own language, with subtitles. Funny thing is though (and off topic) sometimes I have to watch British and Irish movies with subtitles. Okay, laugh at this southerner. haha.
