Who else got their tickets for the show on April 14th in Chicago?

I'm in the front center balcony, because that's the best that I could get to come up for me upon multiple refreshes of the page. What seats and sections does everyone else have? Can't wait to see Damien again in April!

I would love to go to this show, but we're having to miss out on the presale (and probably the regular on sale, ugh) due to man this was just awful timing financially and way short notice.

That said, I imagine we might try to get tickets if any are left over on sale for either this show or Mpls or Indy, or if we're able to find any being re-sold later when we have the cash.

To everybody who already got tickets though: muchos congrats and I hope you have a blast!!!

I think you'll have better luck getting seats for the Indianapolis show. I believe there's another Ticketmaster presale later today. Not sure if you need a code, but you should try that.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to buy any tickets for a little bit--I haven't been getting a lot of hours at work the past few weeks and things are kind of snug after having to drive to Chicago twice for Damo

We'll see what's available when the time comes---seeing so many generous folks having tickets available at the last minute for the smaller shows makes me feel like we might not have trouble finding tickets for the larger shows if it turns out it's convenient to go!

You should wait to spend a lot of coin on stub anyway. These are not selling out and I think the secondary market will be a buyers one. The auditorium was a little too big for David Gray this might be tough for Damo to fill.

Jam released some more tickets today and I was able to pick up a pair. Excited to see him again!

Absolutely going, and always excited to see him live! I'm ORCHLC row X, 404. Now quite the 3rd row I managed for the Athenaeum, but happy to be there nevertheless.

Do any of you have any experience seat hopping closer to the stage? My seats are pretty bad. Borneoman said something about looking on stubhub to see what seats are available. The tickets on stubhub for this concert just list the row letters.

stub hub sometimes lists the seat, sometimes the row... but it´s enough... just check if there´s something in the first rows... for instance in Toronto it was saying 2 seats in the front row-right, 2 seats in the second row-left... we went to the front row just before the opener, and boom, all seats were taken except two, so it was obvious which ones were not sold but even without stubhup, it´s easy to see, just check the first rows a few minutes before Damo is supposed to start... if someone has seats, it´s already sitting there, if there are empty seats, the seat has not been sold...
and if it does´t work, you can always return to your seat, no problem

I'll be there. First row all the way to the right. Look for the brown velvet sport coat and owl belt!

Nice! Thanks for the advice. Myself and three friends hopefully will be able to find something towards the front. I'll be wearing a red flannel and jeans. I'm so excited. I was at the October 13th show that he had to leave early because of his ear infection and I couldn't go to his reschedule on November 14 because I had my own orchestra concert.

Who is the bald Icelandic guy that helped record the new album with Damien? He and whirl were the openers. Kinda strange. Kinda good. Very arty.

He did cheers on the electric after he chugged his wine.

Standing outside now. Hoping for an after show. Feel like a goon.

Say hi for me
Nice pics.
I can't wait to hear the electric guitar!
(I haven't been watching the videos or listening to the recordings. I think I want to see it live first)

Good call. Did the same. Haven't listened for a few weeks in prep. Blown away. I'd be lying if I said it didn't bring a tear to my eye a few times.
