Who are Fred and Daisy?
anyone know?
And did they do the cover as well - because I always thought Damien had. But I guess that was just an asumption |

if you notice the dog in the art work seems to be called frederick.

daisy reminded me of the great gatsby but lisa is no daisy and there wasn't a fred in the book... so my theory is a bust.

I presumed it was Damien and Lisa too. The Daisy Okell thing was what did it for me. I am a bit of a Lisa buff mind.
