I'd imagine that's likely a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" reference. Holly Golightly always calls Paul, her suitor, that because he reminds her of her brother.

What we do know is that these drawings look a whole lot like Damo's other drawings. He has a very distinctive style. Many of us have seen him sketch little drawings on our autographs etc. so it's akin to recognizing his handwriting.
