New song for the third album? Maybe.
A few months ago I downloaded this concert, before it was removed from YouTube. Lisa sings a "new song", so now I share it with you.
Maybe can be part of the third album. Enjoy it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5ChUTCEFkk |

I really hope this makes it to the album, would love to hear it with a full band arrangement
Here’s my best guess at lyrics, hopefully someone can hear the bits I’ve missed! He came by in his funeral suit in an open-hearted shade of blue and asked me what I like to do on a July evening. (???) to Shoreditch I said I don’t know which is which a night’s thread for him to stitch for me, the unbelieving. In the end we just stay in and gesture with our mugs of gin and dance around his Borough/borrowed(?) kitchen the stop and start don’t show. And I am a cold filament we advance in tender increments between the past and future tense test the weight of warmth (?).

Thanks, Hannah! I had not understood anything without the lyric. My mother tongue is spanish, so... Thanks so much, haha.
Here I leave the URL to you can download the concert. The idea is that everyone here we can see what Lisa's doing, not just a few: chrome://mega/content/secure.html#!6VhX2J4Y!iHZukXVm5F6HJ8Qy8kNxLw9V_f3A Pf7qTbsW2BW8xLE |

Thanks for finding this! I remember listening to this concert and thinking it had to be an old Irish song because it was so dark and melancholy. Did she sing it differently in Paris?

I can try, but I'm definitely not an expert! Here's my best guess: Oh… You wake up thirsty You have pink skin We speak so softly of the noise within We were the city’s prey (???) We had nothing left to want But our needs appear deeper than our needless fronts And we both know Yeah we both know it always gets so weird Oh… Too many people trying to cling on Too much decisions Let’s not make them All they need to know is You can never own someone You cannot be close to them Only in that moment We lay so low We lay so low we almost disappeared Oh… And all the randomness of meeting one another Oh… Another memory to remember with the others A new experience we placed within each other So weird And there was no-one else around When you lay there next to me I was focussed on the sound And how it’s never really quiet Oh… What about the future Who can really say This is the present and it’s presently ok But we both know Yeah we both know it always gets so weird So weird

also the last verse sounds like "and i am a cold philander" and "warmth" could perhaps be vow. ah well, we'll have to wait till she posts the official lyrics on the site. |

oh yes, thank you for that article, i missed finding that one. also the last line sounds like "testing the weight of all" which surely makes more sense. anyways, i love this song and can't wait to hear the studio version, i'm sure she tweaked it a bit.
