New to Edinburgh
I am an American student who will be studying in Edinburgh this spring. I've been looking at the site for a couple months, and decided I should get an account and start contributing. Any tips on the city are appreciated, and I'm going to try and a get ticket to the concert in Edinburgh so maybe I'll see some of you there.

Edinburgh is class.... im originally from a town called Kirkcaldy around 40 miles away... so used to visit a lot when I was younger. It's fairly central, so you should be able to explore a bit more of Scotland with that as your base for weekends. If you are ever up in Dundee let me know and I can give you a tour of the sights....
