Exclamation Damien confirms a new record at seoul jazz festival

Hello,

This is not a joke. I'm not sure if this video was posted here already. So i figured i'd make a thread for it.

A friend of mine just send me this clip:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-rYp...ature=youtu.be (I don't know how to post a video box so here is the link)

So it seems to be official now guys.

!!Spoilers?!!

Quote: "After a bunch of years of confussion and lack of direction I'm happy to say I'm working on a new record so i hope you guys *cheering gets to loud to hear*"

Hasn't been mentioned here, as far as I know. Excellent news! And thanks for sharing... After the Barcelona project, I am still careful about getting my hopes up too high, but it's good to see the pieces are slowly falling into place.

Judging by the staggering number of replies, Damien by now has the least excited fanbase in the world. Well, after my uncle Richard, who recently released his new collection of 1994 Casio keyboard songs to YouTube. He got one like. It was from my aunt. He forced her.

WOW! Thank you! This made my day!
I was certainly thinking it's happening, but now that Damien himself has said it....

Yeah i imagined the fanbase being more excited about this. Seeing as 75% of the discussions on here are about his "new" work.

I know that I am really excited about it, but I am also like, okay I will believe it when I see it. Or here it.

Well i guess i can relate there. I am quite excited myself. But i to will believe it when i see it.

But i figure it's a big step for him to say it on stage for the world to hear. I don't think he would've said it if he didn't believe that it is going to happen.

Or at least i hope

I'm very excited. I just didn't think my reply saying "YAY!" would be all that interesting to everyone. So I called my sister instead.

I love the sweet expression he gives the audience at 4:33 in the video at the top of the page as the audience sings Lisa's line. And they sing it beautifully.

I love how relaxed he looks on stage throughout the whole gig. I hope that's a sign that he's relaxed (and not stressed) about the album as well.

low expectation usually in my life has lead to this pure and utter bliss, all people appear as a tonic and mr rice has more divinity in his little finger than any man I know or am likely to meet in my social circle. But mayle 'bastard', as horrible and has full on disrespect for the lady ( 'open your legs')as it is intrusive make up see th e owrst and yet the best in ourselves to be fully human or divine. But the only person who ever has been 50:50 Human Divone, who is fully is coth is

Christ Cold water, Animals are Gone, Aimee, I hear the divine in those songs.................x c

So is there any news about the recording? It would really be nice to see some more hints of a third album actually becoming reality.

what exciting about this is we've never had the word from him in these 7 years that he was actually doing anything at all. That Barcelona thing that never panned out, but he never said he was recording.

One would assume he actually is working and writing the new album and its coming along, otherwise he wouldnt have said a word about it.

We've had 3rd party reports these last 7 years, record labels, friends all talk about this stuff.

He's gone into studios with producers multiple times over the last eight years so it'll take more than ambiguous stage banter to get me excited.
