I adore Daniel Norgren. He's a Swedish blues-folk musician and he's brilliant, especially live! Go see him if you can.

So Fleet Foxes' Robin Pecknold is currently touring 'round Europe with Joanna Newsom.
I was so lucky to see the both of them in Brussels last week. He's playing all new solo stuff and and it's beautiful! (this is a video someone took a couple days later in Holland) Last edited by carrroline; 03-02-2016 at 02:00 PM. |

It's amazing. Neil has got such a wonderful sense of humour and a gift for intriguing melodies. The duet is lovely, but the variety of moods and tempos on the record in general is mesmerising.

Glad to see he has more fans here!
He found a perfect balance between the sentimental and the humorous. I love it. And the arrangements on the new album are exquisite. Oh and his lyrics! A genious, like you said Vere!

He's not exactly my type (you know I prefer the tall one  ), but he has his qualities. Great! I'm sure it'll be brilliant (I'll see him in January and I can't wait) |

speaking of neil, and listen to this topic.. and because i went in derry for the weekend (what a beautiful city!), this song is breathtaking and very powerful.
