Default lisa at vicar st. in december

Lisa hannigan is heading to Vicar Street on December 3rd with Tickets going on sale September 8th for €28, fresh from Main stage duty at EP. According to hotpress The XX could be joining as support, which would make for an excellent gig as the XX were brilliant at Electric Picnic.

That would make for an odd combo. Headliner with loads of nice full sounding and lushly arranged acoustic tunes and then opening some mopey, black-clad teenagers playing quite sparse and minimalist stuff.

Dichotomy might work though.

^It is a small glockenspiel-kinda thingie. Just a few bars (maybe from a disassembled instrument) that she hits with a small mallet.

Ah yes, I know the things. Tuned bars I think they're called, usually just come in an octave tuned to C as I recall.

^theoretically I can't say that I wouldn't, but the existence of humanoid extraterrestrial life is so improbable that I didn't consider such a scenario.
