The Animals Were Gone.
Before the part that damien's says "Woke up and for the first time, the animal were gone..." (at the begining of the song), It goes like this:
e|--------------------------------------------------------------------- B|--------------0----------------------0---------------------0--------- G|----------4------4---------------4------4-------------4------4------ D|------4-------------4--------4------------4--------4-----------4---- A|--2---------------------2-----------------------2------------------- E|--------------------------------------------------------------------- Sounds really wierd... Or like this: e|--------------------------------------------------------------------- B|--------------0----------------------0---------------------0--------- G|----------2------2---------------2------2-------------2------2------ D|------1-------------1--------1------------1--------1-----------1---- A|--2---------------------2-----------------------2------------------- E|--------------------------------------------------------------------- Or maybe somthing else??? And I have one more question. In the last part of "I Remember" there's that part: Am C F Em F G Am E e:---------------------------0---------------1--/--3----0-------------| B:----1---1-----1------------1---------------1--/--3----0h1-----------| G:----2---2-----0------------2---------------2--/--4----0h2----1------| D:----2---------2---0-2-2h3--3----2--0---2--------------0h2----2------| A:--------2---2h3------------3-----------2---------------------2------| E:---------------------------1----------------------------------------| After the first F comes Em and it sounds bad, you have some other chord who will sound better? And how I'm doing F#/G? Last edited by Shahar; 12-15-2006 at 12:44 PM. |

Thats how I play it. I hit the bass-note on the A and D string. I can record a mp3 out of it, but its gettind kind of late here in Norway now, so I will try to do it over the weekend.
I use the 021200 chord when i play "the animals..." Im not really that sure about the F#/G, but if we're talking about how to play "I remember" its deffo 200230.

e|-3 B|-3 G|-0 D|-0 A|-x E|-2 If you really want to play F#/G you'd have to try something along the lines of e|-2 B|-3 G|-4 D|-4 A|-x E|-3 (hold the F# on the lowest pitch string with your thumb). Hope that answers your question? Steve xo

i remember:
a simple D minor my friends. chorus and verses: Am F Dm G Am E Instrumental at the end Am Am/C C F G F G Am E (you can replace the first G with the Dminor if you like in that last bit.) But Dminor is definately the chord you're after. hope that clears things up! x Last edited by Nine; 12-21-2006 at 12:27 AM. |

The bit where I said 'Instrumental at the end' It's Am, C/Am, C, F, G, F, G, Am, E. So after the first F, the chord is a G. Although Dminor works aswell. Hope that clears it up the confusion! |
