just got home - very different from last night indeed. Damien seemed a little off at the beginning, his voice, but after a couple of songs, he was amazing as usual.

very crowded. I'm exhausted...

still have a full recording. although couple of girls standing behind me were singing along all the time... anybody interested? the quality is not bad.

Glen and Damien! Wow!!
I agree with everyone about the crowd!! Hooorrible!!!
Had two idiots literally smoking next to me, one of them passed out apparently. Some guy who thought he was actually the center of attention rather than Damien, and people singing louder than even Damien, soo annoying. Even had two drunk girls talking. And the flash!!! Are people stupid? You could tell he was getting annoyed!
But even given the bad crowd he was awesome!!! Hoping Glen shows up tomorrow too!!

You can upload a photo pretty easily by going to tinypic.com. It should give you an embed code that'll work on here.

I took photos, but they're all pretty crap because I'm short and was behind a very tall man. The zoom did me no favors. Oh well. At least I didn't use flash (because seriously, that was out of control).

yeah, the flash was like crazy. Damien was obviously annoyed - I think that's why he was a little bit off

a picture sent by Patrick, who was standing behind me yesterday. Amazing quality and wow - I'm speechless. I was just so lucky to be on stage.

Definitely the vibe was off in the Warsaw. A lot of belligerent shouting put everyone on edge. But Glen!

This NY experience has been an embarrassment of riches. Glen!!?? So grateful! The Box was definitely better. More intimate and mellow, like we were just hanging out with him.

The 2-door entry, mad dash to the stage, poor girl passing out/falling (I hope she's OK), the annoying crowd chorus, drunk Irish guy, etc. definitely diminished the experience. I guess it's about event management.

Glen was there all night. Before the show he was leaning against the wall back by the soundboard opposite the bar side, just hanging out by himself. Lots of us spoke to him.

Also, at about 8:55 Jon Bon Jovi rolled in and went up to the VIP balcony.

I think it was a great show, Damo was amazing, there was a bit of a discussion between singing and non-singing people with some yelling things like "can you people shut up so that we can hear Damien"

As a person who has never seen damien or glen live before, I feel so honored to have gotten to see them both last night.

I agree with everyone else...Damien and glen were amazing. The crowd was 50/50 (maybe even more bad than good) and the venue poorly managed the crowd. There was a fairly dangerous pushing match as too many people tried to get through the doors at once. One girl fell into my boyfriend and it was scary because lots of others were coming and running up to where she was on the ground.

I wish I could have the chance to see him at the box with a more mellow crowd (and some of those songs he played Thursday) but I'm certainly just happy that a 10 year dream of mine came true.

Funny, I rolled up at 8:30, there was an entirely orderly line that wound all the way around the corner with absolutely no pushing or shoving or even cutting.

Okay.... met some great people waiting in line and Damien was great. However, I was embarrassed by the lack of a respectful crowd for the show at Warsaw. Singing over damien, twlking, phones going off, people drunk off their ass..... horrible.

Here is to a completely different experience tonight. And to all the great people in line it was great going out for drinks afterwards with you.

I slapped up my two of my better shots on Instagram. I gave up on shooting for the most part because there were too many tall heads and shoulders in front of me. I'd rather be someone with a few measly shots than have my flash go off. I'll hope for some better results tonight.
