He's excited to tour again on a grander scale next year, but wants to do some more recording with Rick first.
BTHM was written after he supported Cohen, because he found it funny that all the females would be disappointed with their partner after watching Leonard haha.

The ideas people come up with... Nice find and technically well done, but no true substitute for a fully arranged version.

i managed to listen to this session just today... funny story indeed... but, let me tell you something, mr. rice, many women feel pretty much the same after seeing you, whether you like it or not.

I've only listened to maybe a few other Zane Lowe shows in my life so I don't know his style very well. Are he and Damien professional friends? Like they've worked together a bit in the past? Cause even tho Zane is cutting him off, he doesn't seem to be bothered by it at all. He actually seems giddy talking with him. Very amused.

But also I was thinking some of these parts are probably edited. Like maybe he wasn't rushed/cut off as much as it seems in the interview, but they just cut it down for time.
