John Butler Trio
Anyone else a fan?
I got Grand National and i have to say i really enjoy their whole vibe. Its slightly refreshing whilst quite familar. If i was to compare them to anyone it would be a mix of Jack Johnson meets Dave Matthews and gets a little crazy Anyways listen here - www.myspace.com/johnbutlertrio And also watch this insanely good video you'll be an instant fan - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VAkOhXIsI0

i'm a new convert, i saw their performance on the australian live earth feed (are they australian?) and i love their stuff! kind of roots, folky, funky, jammy.. excellent songwriting and really accomplished musicianship

Well John Butler is actually American but he grew up here in Western Australia. He used to busk at the Fremantle Markets.
He is amazing live - hope you guys enjoy it. |
