As a relatively new Damien Rice fan, I have to confess, I listened to the lyrics in swe and took them at face value. Now I just feel stoopid for not observing the large amounts of sexual innuendo. I must have an innocent mind.....[img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]!

It may just be also that damien is ruthlessly honest in his writing, what i mean by that is: lets say he comes up with a lyric eg. "you wanna get boned, you wanna get stoned...etc.", i like the fact that he just goes with it and dosent try to dilute it into something easier to listen to, just because he's got an acoustic... it's brave, his honesty is what makes his songs so emotionally revealing.
