Vyvienne is working on her third album, having recorded, produced and released her critically acclaimed album ‘Caterpillar Sarabande’ in 2010 followed by Vyvienne Long ‘Live’ with the Balanescu Quartet in 2013. Her music is described as beautifully disarming and intensely personal and has been in demand for soundtracks in Ireland and internationally, including Kirsten Sheridan’s “Dollhouse”, Icelandic documentary “The Future Of Hope” and RTE’s drama series “RAW”. Admired as a compelling vocalist and songwriter of incisive wit, critics have drawn comparisons with Björk, Tori Amos and Joanna Newsom. She also regularly guests with artists such as Ed Sheeran, DJ Kormac and Damien Rice and is the cornerstone of genre busting DFF and The New Triangle.

Vyvienne Long plays the Button Factory 5th December 2015, Doors 7.30pm she will be launching her Christmas Single!

i was there with a friend (sadly, caro couldn´t make it but she kindly gave me the ticket ). it was a beautiful gig, vyv is a little bit coocoo when she speaks but in the cutest possible way

my friend barely attends concerts and she definitely hand´t heard vyv´s name before and she absolutely loved it (caro, she said "thanks a mill" to you ).
