9. John Legend - Ordinary People
10. Sixpence None The Richer - Kiss Me Acoustic Version
11. Extreme - More Than Words
12. Eva Cassidy - Over The Rainbow
13. Wilco - Someone Else's Song
14. Everything But The Girl - I Don't Want To Talk About It
15. Morcheeba - Otherwise
16. Edwina Hayes - I Want Your Love
17. Beth Nielsen Chapman - Sand And Water
18. Bob Dylan - Love Minus Zero
19. Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah

Disc: 2
1. Daniel Powter - Bad Day
2. Damien Rice - Cannonball
3. Dido - Thank You
4. Jack Johnson - Good People

It's also GREAT to see Joseph Arthur on there too, he is far too overlooked.

"James Blunt...sadly!"

Whats so sad about that? He has talent and is worthy to be on this record like any other artist on it. Urggggggggggh. He is compared to Damien so people on this website get snotty about him.

Hey,
I am fully aware of the whole James Blunt vs. Damien Rice thread that occured here and I just want to know why the two are being compared? Or who did it originally? A news magazine, TV show, something? I could nitpick through the 3 pages but I am unfortunately far too avaricious for that so if one of you loverly eskimos could just enlighten poor lil' me, I'd be eternally thankful.

Thanks again.

there's a lot on that list i like, and a lot i hate. to be honest, i'd rather make a compilation myself and maybe choose some songs that are more interesting. have heard babylon and cannonball enough i think

well i think cause they're both singer/songwriters, and maybe also because they were both compared to david gray in an article that was linked from the news section here not long ago.

apart from that they are not that similar, i'd say. maybe only in the sense that they are both representatives of a new wave of singer/songwriters on the charts.

i could be wrong though
