Embedding Youtube videos

you can now embed Youtube videos in your posts.

i can't seem to explain how to do this without it coming out as a youtube video, but if you go here and look at the example at the end, you should be able to see how to do it...

the video should then look like this:

i don't think it takes up any bandwidth for us... it's youtube who stream it...
