emmett, we need a sticky

it seems that half the threads here are requests for non-released damo songs. since most people don't bother to search the forums, it gets kind of annoying

. i think there should be a sticky about non-released song and the rules about them

It should probably go here and in the trading forum too, that's where it happens most.

That might seem a bit uppity though, the last thing anyone wants is a 'do and don't list'.
