Hey guys. I am in a band with a pianist. He is amazing. But, however, he always over uses certain things on the keys. I was wondering if you could all make a list of your top 5 songs with piano in it... then I'll compile some of them into a compilation CD for him and he can listen to it and get inspiration from it... you know?

colorblind by counting crows had a beautiful piano part throughout

eve, the apple of my eye by bell X1

red by elbow is good one- because the piano features with alot of other instruments and is used brilliantly.

im kissing you by desree- it features in romeo and juliet

the art teacher by rufus wainwright

hmmmmmmmmm i dont know if these are any good but i like um

Interesting arrangment with an almost classical sound

The Orchard - Juniper
The piano blends with Damo's rice perfectly

Fine Line - Paul McCartney
Song strutured around good piano work

This Is the Last Time - Keane
A little poppy for my liking but effective nonetheless

Glide - Mark Dignam
Strong piano melody backs up haunting guitar chords.
