Question Accidental Babies...please help.

Hey there, if any of you happen to play the piano then please help me out with this. I was recently playing along to the sheet music for Accidental Babies when I encountered something a bit out of place. On the second page near the bottom, line #57, measure #3 seems to have a slight discrepancy.

This is the part of the song where Damien's singing "and i know i make you cry / i know sometimes you wanna die / but do you really feel alive without me?" And just to be a little more exact, this part of the song occurs about 3:40 or so into it. Anyways, my question is directed at the two beginning chords of measure #3. Anyway, whenever I read the music while listening to the cd at the same time, I can't really fit in one of these chords and was just wondering how you guys figured it out or if this is indeed en error.

Maybe I'm not seeing something here but I can't see where the second chord fits in because on the cd, it's a little different. Alright then, that's enough of me, please help out and we'll solve this once and for all. Peace.

P.S.- If you're wondering exactly what I'm looking at, you can download the sheet music here:

Scroll down a little and many thanks to rockthesmurf for supplying this stuff.

Are you referring to bar 59? If so, on the version I'm listening to that occurs at 3:49 ish, I'm at work at the moment so don't have a musical instrument at my disposal to test against, but from reading the music it looks like it should work, are you taking into account both of the first two chords in the right hand of bar 59 are dotted? So they are worth 1 and a half beats each?

I'll have another check when I get home tonight, I may well have made a mistake, although I do remember that when I was transcribing that section it was hard to work out exactly what notes were being pushed, but to me it sounded like there chords being played in the right hand, and that they were significantly higher than other parts in the song (you can hear the higher notes on the CD track) and the second chord could well of not had all the notes transcribed in it, however when compared to the three chords before it in the right hand it looks like it fits. I'll record me playing it tonight and post it on here.

Kind of wish I'd put in the vocal line for this, would be easier to follow .

Yes, I am. By the way, thanks for even providing such a great transcription of this song in the first place. I'm just having a difficult time hearing the second chord in bar 59 and even though they're both dotted quarter notes, it sounds a bit faster on the cd. But yeah, I'll check again later on tonight to hear what you're talking about. Thanks.

Well it seems to be how I remember it being, I just recorded a quick example:

Does that make sense to you?

Once again, rockthesmurf is absolutely amazing...thank you for putting that little piece into perspective. I don't why I was playing it so differently, but thank you nonetheless since you went way out of your way to point me in the right direction. Take care bro and I look forward to many more outstanding transcriptions from you in the future. Peace.
