Default Lisa or Damien on 'Then Go' Poll

It's a tough one. Consider the recent 'Then Go' thats been played on tour. It's a little more rock. But does it blow Lisa's Haunting version away?? It's a tough call.

i'd love lisa singing a verse. but i'd also love damien blaring it out rock style somewhere near the end.

i'd prefer more of a duet

I have an album somewhere by a band called Dynamite Hack (American readers may remember them doing an acoustic guitar version of Boyz n The Hood by NWA which got some radioplay around 2000/1). Mostly kinda punky stuff. But they have this one song called "Anyway" which they run through on the album at a breakneck speed, all full of spite and f*ck you's...it's great, standout track... then hidden at the end is this girl and a piano, doing the exact same song but it sounds so completely different, and completely turns around the meaning of the song. Like the male version is full of hate, but her version is more regretful and sorrowful..

....so, put 'em both on the new album! Lisa as a hidden track at the end :-)

before last night's show, i definately would have said Lisa...but that version at Camden blew me away. it really was brought to a whole other level. i think they should combine the two versions..maybe start with lisa and build to where **** gets torn apart. best of both worlds? perhaps.

Damien's version is angrier, heavier, sung with more urgency, but Lisa's soft and huanting. I guess it would depend on what mood you are in. Tough one.

So who has a version of the new rockin' version?

I have the Lisa live and Juniper version but if he's going crazy on it now I defintely need to hear that before I vote!

PM me if you have the recent live one...

I got to go with Damien's version. Its just sexier , sort of desperate and urgent..
I love Lisa's though... Completely different emotions she tapps into..

I like Damien's version a lot better. I was disappointed that I couldn't find an mp3 of it anywhere and had to settle for Lisa's. (yeah, huge disappointment, right?) I like the idea of putting them both on the new album! I'm not sure how I would like it as a duet, though - because the different versions seem like such different songs to me.

Yes, both versions are so great I think we definitely need another "I Remember" treatment for this one. Lisa needs to actually annunciate her part next time though.

lol.

i actually love both. on Lisa's version I think Damien is brilliant as a backup. And I like the last verse. But my favourite's the Juniper recording, even though I can't quite make out the bridge that they got rid of on Lisa's version...

I like Lisa's version, better. But I tend to just like that type of haunted style of music in general. I think I'm going to use it for my dance audition music for college.the drumming in this song rocks. It is more pronounced in Lisa's version.
