that happened to me once. i was beyond livid, so i started tweeting about it. I was contacted by tm support and they unblocked me. You can try calling and asking them nicely to unblock your ip, and if that fails, try tweeting!

Thought I got two for Chicago..... nothing in my cart, someone else must have grabbed...trying again, rinse and repeat. :|

Edit: Same thing on second try. Tried to add tickets to cart, loaded forever, then popped up an empty shopping cart. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.

Edit 2: I am now on my third pair of tickets I am attempting to buy. I know you're all glad for the update.

Edit 3: OH GOD I HAVE TICKETS IN MY CART IT IS GOING SO SLOW

got 2 for Chi. 4th row aisle. So pumped I said **** the site and called the 866 number 10 minutes early. had to BS the guy until the ticks went on sale.

Hey Damian Rice Fans - you are right! Our ticketing system was not able to handle the many thousands of people all trying to buy tickets at the exact same time. We are sorry for the trouble, and obviously doing everything we can to make sure this gets resolved as fast as possible! Thank you for your patience, understanding and perspective!

Ticketweb just told me that the promoter pushed the on-sale time to 10 AM.

Why they would do this, I have no idea.

OH MY GOD I GOT TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was LITERALLY THE MOST STRESSFUL THING I HAVE EVER DONE HOLY CRAP.

I have waited so long oh my god I am crying this is the most amazing thing. The boyfriend and I were literally starting to think the only way we would ever see him was if we started an Emergency Ireland/Iceland Fund or something. Holy Mother of God.

We're up in the balcony, but I'm pretty happy with the tickets we got. I didn't even go for the floor because I decided I'd rather have a front-rows-ish balcony ticket than a wayyyyyyyyyy-in-the-back floor ticket.

Yeah, I tweeted them not long after it happened, and they just messaged me on twitter to send my IP address. Not that it'll help now since the tickets are long gone. Luckily I had already got a pair during the presale, I was just trying to get a pair of better tickets today. I guess that's what I get for not just being happy with the tickets I had. Ha.

Maybe... I told my uncle I'd give them to him if I don't make it out there but he might be in South Bend for the Notre Dame game. I'll keep ya in mind. I think I'm gonna go though. $200 round trip is not bad at all.

So the Warsaw Brooklyn tickets went on sale at 10AM today instead of 12PM?

It doesn't even say sold out on the ticketweb site just no option to buy

Also, I rarely say this, but I'm thankful the show is super early (6:30 Doors!!!) and assigned seats so I don't have to stand around forever to get a good spot. Might actually be able to enjoy dinner with the bf without rushing through it
