So I'm in a band called Nanobot, we're playing this thing in Voodoo called Start! on the 22nd. It's headlined by the Big Wheels and the other folk on the bill are Schmackey+The Salads and Oggyie.

its a pain in the bum to get to (or if your running for a last bus) but its a good pub and they redid the stage so at least theres a bit more space there

the sound quality isnt the best but its always a fun place to go

It is isn't it? Despite having a friend that lives in Smithfield that I visit a lot I've only been in tere twice.

Nothing recorded that we're happy enough with to let others hear yet. Micing up where we practice is problematic and DIing individual instruments into the laptop and recording that way would take to long when we could be doing more productive things with the music. We might try to record the gig.

pretentious always reads progressive in my mind so sounds interesting... but the term 'indie' always throws me

Samples, loops, drum ****, manipulating noises that we make and some stuff with midi as well.
