Frames @ Vicar St - Oct-1 Extra Tickets?

I'm guessing it's just a fault with the site but ticketmaster.ie says that tickets for the October 1st Frames gig are "ON SALE" in the little green box but when you try to book them it says "Sorry, we cannot fulfill your request" or something along those lines.

Anyone know if extra tickets are due to go on sale for this gig?

Hmmm.. because it's a seated concert, I think I know what's wrong.

If you try and buy a group of 3 seats when a gig is nearly sold out, even if there's plenty of 2 seat gaps around different parts of the venue, it'll come up with that message. This only really happens when you can choose a block though, because they generally don't have spots of empty seats dotted around.

In your case, the seating area you want is probably sold out. Try other seating areas until it lets you. If this doesn't work, try narrowing down the amount of tickets and see if that's what was wrong.

I tried for just one ticket, and i clicked on "Best Available", and I still got the message.

Soundcellar still had tickets for all 3 gigs as of last Friday evening, but that's likely changed by now. Try ringing them and see.

Dont suppose someone has ended up wih a spare ticke for Friday frames gig at Vicar St? Was feeling spontaneous and would then buy a plane ticket and escape from work somehow and fly ALLLLLL the way from the isle of Man.
