I don't think she follows him everywhere, she was just there for the show. By the way, I briefly talked to her, she's not a singer at all, she's a painter. She just happened to sing with him on a couple occasions, but nothing more...

Thanks Glo!

Julia seems like a sweet girl. I would never judge anyone for going to too many of his gigs.
And Damien can sing with whoever he likes, he somehow brings out the best in them.

I'm not judging her as a person at all I just don't like her voice and sure damien brings out the best of whoever sings with him, but this doesn't mean he perfectly matches with everyone! For example, I think one of the view singers who would be perfect to sing with him is Fiona Apple...I like them together

I understand
But I can't really judge her voice, as I have only heard it on a crappy youtube video. I have no idea how she would sound with a little more experience, confidence and on a good recording. I'm just saying that I trust Damien's judgement in choosing musical partners

Well, damien doesn't make mistakes about music and in fact I love that he's not like "I want a professional singer", he just takes someone and want her to sing with the heart..for example like he did at blueballs with jimmy! aah damien :3

Here is 9 crimes:

I have to say that in Switzerland we are sometimes too much respectful...I think when Damien asked to go on stage...we couldn't realize it!!!But I like when nobody's talking when I' listening to the music.....but it's not always like this!

thank you!
I think we are so close to the new album now... At the gig he said "I got a new record at home and when I leave from here I have to go back at home to *he made a gesture with his hand I didn't understand*"

AHAH I think cille got the right interpretation

jokes aside, I agree about the heavy machinery...... maybe he meant printing or something..?

Fek, if only somebody in here knew Irish sign language!...

Hmm, so it's DONE-done, perhaps? Interesting!

hmmm... I hope so. I just thought it meant 'working hard' or something.
I can't imagine Damien actually burning, printing and packaging the albums himself

Ireland? I think he is recording in LA...like Vyvienne said in an interview some months ago.
It might be he is recording in different cities anyway...

I don't think he's in LA at the moment. He would have done a couple of gigs in the USA instead of Europe if he was.

So he's not planning on touring before the release? And more important, he is planning to do so afterwards? Yay!
