i also loved cille's quote 'new **** has come to light'.....what a movie!

1972 has the fantastic 1972, love vibration, james (great bit of jazz flute playing in that), and under your charms, which would soften the heart of even the most unemotional robot in the universe....

but i think nashville also has some great tracks,my love has gone, sad eyes and the more upbeat its the nighttime....classics all

My favorite album of the year so far is Ani Difranco's Reprieve. I think it's her most beautiful album in years - everything from the packaging to the textures in the music to the lyrics. Love it.

After that is (of course, and how could anyone forget) PEARL JAM. ****ing greatest Pearl Jam album in years. Must go listen to it now...

He does it now and again. There's an Arcade Fire message board that I post on that he occasionally visits from time to time, there were 3 people from the board at the Bristol gig this week so he played it. Same number of people from it are gonna be at the Dublin gig so I've got my fingers crossed.

Wouldn;t mind hearing the Bloc Party Cover as well.

Well you know I'm not Indie enough, I need people to lead me in the right direction. Who knows what I'd be listening to if I hadn't bumped into you guys - James Blunt? Celine Dion? Engelbert Humperdinck?

Urgh, this scenario is making me dizzy, gotta lie down

Best album of the year so far has to be, without a doubt, Sparklehorse's Dreamt for Light Years in a Belly of a Mountain.....awesome album!!

I don't mind Snow Patrol's latest record either or The Frames.

Josh Ritter's Animal Years is definately in top 5 albums of the year. He also has live cd/dvd coming out late november. He is one of the best. If you get the chance to see him go.

I never got there, I couldn't move my forearms... so I stayed at home, possibly the worst decision of my entire life. I'm just glad I saw him back in may.

I don't want to rub it in. But I didn't think he could top May, it was infinately better.
