un pochino, si... enough to get by as a tourist in italy, but too little to lead an actual conversation, unfortunately.. studied for a couple of years on college, but on a rather low level. i liked it though; it's a beautiful language, but OH! the grammar!

I am beginning to think I am the only person that went to a concert got a chance to exchange a couple of words (with Damien Rice) and instead just shoved the cd in his hands and spelled my name. Gah, how stupid a girl can be. I was just half paralyzed (since I'm not a typically shy person, but when I am, I am with a passion) and eaten alive by thoughts like "oh leave the poor bugger go get some sleep". **sighs** I'm jealous. (Of what I am not?) |

he lives near the maremma, in grossetto. the maremma is such a beautiful area, but the commune of grossetto is unfortunately dominated by forza italia, i heard, and that is really sad i think. to me berlusconi is like this terrible ghost if the past riding italy at the moment. certainly hope you guys will get rid of that walking disaster soon!
