i think that damiens lyrics are amazing, they are half of why i like him. the lyrics that seem a bit dirty I think are necessary when he uses them. His music is full of emotion and the intense driving lyrics suit it and complete it. they are shocking at times, but i think they need to be. Lyrics are used as a tool in music and in damien's they help him express his thoughts and emotions that we relate to and therefore love. Words i think can sometimes get in the way of relaying what is really being felt and therefore i think he should use the words that best express what his feelings are or that best fit the mood and the song. he really isnt afraid to sing exactly what he is thinking and what everyone may be thinking. it is very unsugarcoated but it is in moderation as well so it works i think. just a few thoughts. anyway, MERRY CHRISTMAS... i want a new album from damien as my present!!
