i think all of the amazing, incredible, unbelievable adjectives have been used so.. wow.
what a fantastic experience! he has really connected with the audience on this tour.. i mean what other artist does that? invites fans in for an after party to polish off the liquor supply while listening to a private gig?! i wish he'd done something like that when he finished the december tour in minneapolis.. lucky tennesseeans :b and those are some crazy covers! i'm really digging twist and shout, and he did an excellent job on when a man loves a woman.. the whole thing is just mad tho, i can't get over it |

love those cover, Twist and Shout sounded so fun. Suspicious Mind sounded great too, i like it better than Elvis's version, may be because of i prefer Damien's voice on that song. When the Man loves a Woman is too painful to listen, too much misery, .. it's unbelievable he did all that. He can sing anything and even better than originals.

When I first read that he sang "When a Man Loves a Woman", I was like: What? Damien?!? But after I've seen this, I was totally in awe. This man has just such an incredible and versatile voice! And SO much SOUL! @jimski123: Thanks for sharing all the clips and stuff!

I have one question. How many times you had to pinch yourself to make sure you weren't dreaming? That's incredible! I'm jealous but very happy for you and your wife.

Amazing
What an amazing experience you had. Thank you for recording and sharing such amazing moments.
This is why Damien is such an amazing artist, and this is why the board is filled with such amazing fans. The generosity of both are just unmatched.

Thanks for the clips and pictures, but I have to think that recording both video and audio is contrary to Damien's wishes, especially in that intimate setting backstage. It struck me as ironic that Damien would share such a special moment with people who would then feel the need to take pics and audio rather than just experience it, especially knowing that Damien doesn't like pics taken while he's on stage, doesn't want people to take his picture when he comes out to talk after the gigs, and doesn't sign autographs anymore.

seriously so many people would give so much to have that kind of opportunity! what a stupid girl. trying to record on her cell phone is a stupid idea anyway, since she could probably see people videoing it.
I was at this little theater this other day, and I thought how cool would it be if Damien and all of the active eskimos had a private concert at some intimate 50-100 person venue like this one! ahh if only |
