okay its over. they just showed Volcano and Woman Like A Man.

he went insane for Woman Like a Man. i mean reaallllly insane.
the crowd were singin along for parts.

he changed octave (up-the-way) during one of the verses of woman like a man which was cool.

lets just say .. that he sounded like....

he had some fire up his ass

all right timmy way to go! yay someone recorded!

you know i've tried listening to the rte.ie/2fm broadcast on and off and i have to say.. their webcast coverage of the event sucks! everytime i tuned in it was techno crap from the bodytonic stage.. there are so many good artists there, why can't they play something else? seriously people a person can only take so much techno!

*just received another update.. the "special guests" slated for the big tree stage tonight/this morning for 1:00am were none other than damien, lisa, some jamaican guy and apparently up to 30 other people who jammed onstage for an hour! it was described to me as "a damien gig like no one has ever seen.. and will never see again"

there are "special guests" scheduled for the big tree stage tomorrow night too..

that is cool.. it sounds like everyone is having a fantastic time at the festival

the webcast is much better today - just heard a bit of catherine feeny, graham coxon (reminded me of sex pistols for some reason) gang of four, alabama 3 (they played a song i really liked.. sometime the light don't shine?) but they didn't mention any broadcast of damien coming up.. basement jaxx is headlining the main stage and i think they're going to broadcast that set instead..

damn i'm losing the stream now (the signal has been terrible at times) i can't stick around anyway as i have to go finish cleaning out my childhood home for sale this week.. update me if anyone else is listening k?

ah well the webcast is finished.. got home too late for it

i wonder if the festival is winding down in a mellow way or if it's finishing with a bang

i'd imagine it's madness either way

I can get VHS tapes transferred onto dvd... well, "I" can't - but I do know someone who's done it for me before. So, if you feel like sending them off to Canada, then I could get that going

that works for me - I could burn a few myself and distribute over here.

I assume the tapes are in the UK system of video right? that shouldn't be a problem (I'm pretty sure mine were too), but I'll have to check to make sure
