Sounds Eclectic 3 is the latest compilation of live recordings originally performed on Morning Becomes Eclectic, the legendary music show heard weekdays 9 AM to Noon on Los Angeles public radio station 89.9 FM KCRW and KCRW.com.

Featuring live, previously unreleased performances from:

Radiohead, The Polyphonic Spree, The Flaming Lips, Franz Ferdinand, Damien Rice, Jem, Paul Weller, Sarah McLachlan, Interpol, Steve Earle, My Morning Jacket, Kinky and Iron & Wine

Produced by Nic Harcourt, KCRW's Music Director and host of Morning Becomes Eclectic.

The original live session from each artist featured on Sounds Eclectic 3 is archived in its entirely on KCRW.com.

All profits from the sale of SOUNDS ECLECTIC 3 will benefit KCRW and be directed toward the support of music programming on the station. All of the performances on SOUNDS ECLECTIC 3 were recorded directly to two-track digital audio tape in KCRW's studio and none of the tracks have been re-recorded, remixed or over-dubbed.

I got this CD with my KCRW membership. The whole CD is awesome, not just the Damien track.
