Woohoo! if I can get my hands on a ticket, I'll join you for this one Claude
Do you know where the best place is to try for tickets? I see that you can buy tickets from the Olympia website from Friday, but Fnac is selling tickets as well...

Omg. This is the best news. Thanks for the info. This isn't the most convenient or most affordable option for a Londoner but I think it'll be my best chance to see him so I may well have to (try and) book! Thanks again guys!

Well, I didn't manage it Don't know if I was too slow or I didn't fully understand the French. Both I expect.

Not all the categories went on sale. I think fnac only had a limited amount of tix. You could try again when there's an official announcement.

Ok, thanks Did you get tickets? I think I was looking at too many sites, unsure where they would be on sale. Didn't even appear on the Olympia website? On one site I had a choice of Mezzanine, balcon and orchestre (i think)... but then non available.

I'm lucky. A friend got 4 seats, and I can have one.

But Olympia hasn't started the sale yet, and I'm sure they'll have the best seats. So fingers crossed for you guys!

Probably best to keep an eye on damien's facebook page. The official announcement was replaced with a 'more info will follow' message. So I guess there'll be an announcement first, and then the sale on the olympia website will start.

No live link yet to GD productions and gig is not yet up on L'Olympia site - so just a refresh and wait position at the moment. X

Now listed on the L'Olympia site as being on sale from Monday @ 10.00 (assuming France local time)

Best regards

I think it's the only option? Fnac went on sale earlier and sold out.
Other websites are resellers and I wouldn't recommend buying your tix there. Especially 'cause there's a statement that tickets are only valid in combination with an id.

Just noted that the gig is listed on Damien's website now BUT states 3rd December - come on folks - get it right!!!

Anyway - in my experience - I've found that Gerard Drouot Productions have the best seats and the most efficient booking service (linked from Damien's Facebook page) I obtained front row seats for Diana Krall in Brussells - no problem.

Looking forward to the Monday Madness - best of luck everyone

Paul

Official:
We apologise for the potential confusion in the release of the tickets for Damien's show for Amnesty International in Paris. We initially made an announcement that tickets would be on sale on Friday (today), however, we had to withdraw that information due to logistical circumstances. Some tickets then accidentally went on sale this morning and once we found out, we stopped it and we have held all remaining tickets for the full ticket release on Monday. We are very sorry for any confusion this may have caused anyone and we can now confirm that all remaining tickets will be on sale on Monday 24th of July at 10am (French local time) and can be purchased here: http://www.gdp.fr/fr/node/83632

I wondered if Fnac would sell again... Your friend must have been superrrrr fast! Frustrating that it's still not listed on the Olympia website!
