yes!! finally!!! I'm sooo happy

and I'm gutted at the same time. such a small place and I can't go to BA to buy the tickets. I may have to send someone to buy it. hope to get good seats.

I've never been to that venue, vere, any thoughts?

that is kind of strange how late the tickets go on sale there.. but damien solo in an intimate venue is about as good as it gets.. so happy for you guys!!

ok, i made a call to ticketek this morning and the guy whom i talked to said "we don´t have any information about this concert. other people called asking the same thing." and he also said, maybe the ticket will go on sale on monday. you´ll keep check out ticketek site. i guess, we´ll know soon.

But, now, I am worried. They are saying that the concert is confirmed. But not the place. I mean... LA TRASTIENDA is a small place. Are they looking for a bigger place? I just want to know what's going on! I need to go to this concert.

i´ll tell you what i think, which is not necessarily what may happen.
la trastienda, in my opinion, is the best place for damien´gig. is not big, but it´s really fine because he´s not well known in argentina. in fact, his song are not played on the radio and you can barely get 9 (forget about o) at records store.

i think the place is confirmed... we´re just waiting for tickets go on sale. i assume it´ll be soon. maybe next monday, maybe on the first week on january.

LA TRASTIENDA is a great place. And I think It is perfect for Damien's gig. But, I hope I can get 5 tickets! I will arrive at Bs. As. only in January 7!

The distance between California & South America isn't that far, but plane tickets are upwards of 500$! How is any poor-eskimo-student supposed to afford that?

until DEC 26 i can't buy it. just people with a Citibank credit card. and i don't have it. =/

i feel sad sometimes because Brasil is a very large country and it's very expensive for some people take a plane to go to São Paulo to see him. I live close to São Paulo, about 6 hours by bus, so i don't have problems to go...

but i'm very happy because i'll meet almost all my friends from the community on the internet "damien rice Brasil" in the best way: seeing Damien together!!!!!!

I live in Recife. So, for me, It is cheaper to go to Bs. As. than to São Paulo. (Yeah, It is true. Specially because I bought my flight's tickets when dollar was very cheap). So, If I wasn't alredy going to Buenos Aires I would choose this city to watch Damien's gig.
