Default In Every Sunflower

Does anyone have/know where i can find a tab? Playing it at the Sunflower Awards (don't ask) and need to find even just the chords to work with asap! All help appreciated!

I don't think there are tabs for it, It's two notes. E... then D. It would only be listenable if you alternated those notes on a chord in the right key. Try this;

e --0--0--
B --2--2--
G --2--2--
D --2--0--
A --0--0--
E --x--x--

also, am i correct in thinking "I'll See Your Heart And Raise You Mines" is played in D, Bm and A??
