Ok, today I've learned:

Coldplay - Shiver
Jeff Buckley - Grace

and I tabbed Damo's Closer (wasn't actually listening to the song while I tabbed it so I wouldn't trust it very far......

)

On my "to-do list" I have to tab Call of Ktulu (sp?) by Metallica and I'm gonna try some Rodrigo y Gabriela.

Start off with an artist whose songs you're quite familiar with....you'll have an idea of their style. First song I ever tabbed was In Bloom by Nirvana (I had been playing for 6 months - a year) which consisted almost entirely of power chords!

There's no real trick to it...the more you do it the better you'll get. As a rule I try to tab at least a song on day (keeps me on my toes

) I also regularly tab things without knowing what they are

Earlier today I tabbed what I think was originally a Bryan Adams song...Heaven? I just started playing it and went.....what the hell is that!?

Deep - 3 main chords...A, E, F#m
For The Money - Capo 3rd fret... chords are E flat minor, G#, Cm, B flat
Little sister/Pinball Machine/Godsong - simliar chords for each...your usual Em, D, C, G etc.
