American friends!

I’m thrilled to announce a unique US tour in June, with the electrifying Irish singer Lisa Hannigan and the American songwriter and gentleman, Joe Henry. Squaring the quartet is my comrade Ross Turner, the finest drummer I know.

We will meet to collaborate on stripped-down interpretations of songs from Lisa and Joe’s respective songbooks, and indeed a few songs of my own. We will also dust off a handful of our favourite covers, to see where they might lead us.

The dates will be announced here tomorrow, with tickets on sale May 2nd. I really hope to see you along the way!
