The best album in a while.

I think it is U2 at their best - I adore city of blinding lights, miracle drug, original of the species, vertigo, sometimes you cant make it on your own and fast cars is such a unique song I think.

Its a good album you can listen to all the way though - its so good to have U2 back!

Cant wait till the tour.Edited by: celia

i like vertigo, the video is impressive too. they always have some meaningful lyrics, don't they?

but what i don't get is how to dismantle an atomic bomb, not that i have one needed to be done.

Bono gives himself a mission to save the world, as always. since there
are so many who are making bombs continuously, why not to dismantle the bomb factory?

I'm really disappointed by the new album. Othe rthan Vertigo I can't see another single on there. Songs get a bit dull too. It actually hurts me to say that as a big U2 fan

I really like the album.....I think it is their best in a long time. I
wouldn't be a great fan of Vertigo, but I can see City of Blinding
Lights as the next single. I haven't checked out the multimedia yet.

the albums great! that song bono wrote about his dad is really awesome, i
think its called sometimes u cant make it on ur own or something. city of
blinding lights is also awesome! but theres already another single off the
album; they played ''all because of you" on the radio the other day.

the album title comes from the riddle:
Q: How do you dismantle an atomic bomb?
A: Don't build one in the first place.

Did you see U2 on Jonathan Ross?

Sometimes you cant make it on your own was one of the most emotional performances ive ever seen on a tv show.

I would have given anything for tickets!
