^cool! i've downloaded a cool video of her recently! she played a show for bbc in 1970. one of the songs she played there was california. i can send you the dvd if you want!

actually, i believe i have that bbc recording as mp3's, you can have them if you like. there's also a recording from hawaii from around the same time.

Heh no, Vespertine is from 2002. Medúlla is her latest album (not counting the soundtrack/score she made for her hubby's film this year). Medúlla is almost entirely devoid of instruments, just human voices. Not exactly "avant-garde" as barbershop quartets were doing it for ages. Some claim it's her best work, I'd say it's certainly interesting, but Vespertine remains my favourite album of hers.

Drawing Restraint 9 (horrible, horrible title) is kinda trippy, indeed. But it shouldn't come as a surprise, I think, if one is familiar with da Björk (and Matthew Barney).

actually there should be a shortcut via the number keys and some ctrl/alt/shift combo. i used to know the combo for the french c thingy (Ç) but forgot.

Sure there are, I have a standard keyboard too. Press alt + p for "ö".
