'Sail' lyrics...
It's long gone, that carry on from December.
It is no matter, if you remember While I have been curious at times about Damien and Lisa's personal relationship, it never has ultimately mattered. I just found her lyrics interesting and I believe she must be referencing DR and 'I Remember'... maybe it's one big coincidence... or maybe someone already has mentioned this somewhere else (I swear I did a search first) .... oh totally didn't even put together that in 'I Remember', aside from the obvious connections, Lisa sings, "My ships were sailing.." |

This actually didn't "click" with me until I saw her perform the song live - for some reason watching her sing it I just kind of went "OH!"
I definitely think it could be a bit of a reference at least to the song, I know that obviously not all of her songs would be like Damien but that part definitely struck me. I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught it! |

first thing I noticed when I opened the booklet but I think it's just coincidence... even Chris Martin did the same rhyme, in Violet Hill I think...
