New US fan

Hello everyone. Saw my first Damien show on the 20th and it was a fantastic and almost spiritual night. I only recently stumbled across Damien's music and I can't get enough. I think I may even wear out this CD soon. This fan site if great...one of the best fan sites for any artist I've ever visited.

Yes. I am from Nashville. The gig on Saturday was sold out and perfect. Felt like I was the only person there...almost like they were in my living room. Thanks for putting together this site. It is great to see how many dedicated fans there are.

i found ya'll thru a link on damien's offical site. when i was flipping thru the channels on the tv one early morning, i saw the 'volcano' video and had to find out more...so after some searching in cyberspace i knew that i had to have damien's CD. once i heard the CD i was hooked. i found the gig date on damien's site, bought tickets and went.

the show was fantastic. near vanderbuilt university there is this old theater that shows student films, indy films and music. it seats about 300 people and the gig was sold out. i met people who flew/drove all the way from pittsburg, st. louis, and new orleans there.

i loved how intimate the show was. it was easy to feel like there was no one there but the band. nashville has lots of small venue type places to hear great music, butdamien's showwas the best i've seen in a long time. i really got more than my money's worth out of that nite.
