When are the U.S. shows announced?

This is one of the oddest ways of announcing shows I have seen. He is selling tickets for shows far far in advance, but no talk or rumors at all of a possible tour of the u.s. in the next couple months, like say in March, april and may?

Very odd, and very frustrating. I really want to see these guys play live

they just toured the US last month, did you miss it?

damien said they would be back in april or may, but other than the coachella festival no dates have been announced yet

unfortunatly I did miss their tour of the u.s.

My main point was just how odd their announcement of shows is. Announcing shows for October of 2007, but not announcing this possible U.S. tour in may was strange to say the least

Actually, it is more of a matter of what they do/do not know. They are posting what they do know, no matter how soon or far in the future. They haven't announced U.S. dates because it is likely that there aren't definite dates/venues yet. They are just posting what they do know, no matter when it is. Rest assured that when they do know definite dates/places, they will be announced to the public as soon as possible. Not that I'm an authority on any of this, but it's safe to assume they aren't harboring information to watch us Eskimos suffer!

I share your frustration, che. And as far as the US tour last month goes, I would hardly call visiting 5 major cities across the country an actual tour.

I want him to do a real US tour, as I've never seen him live.

I think the US dates will be announced anyday now... the Coachella thing will be part of it, so I expect some more Cali dates end Apr/early May... so I think the tour will either start or finish around the Coachella gig...

yeah i know damo said he was coming back to philly in april or may so we shall see just keep the fingers crossed.
