Thanks alot! and sorry for the off topic Also, a friend just told me that when he tried getting a presale link to buy tickets for muse from the same site, it was emailed in the middle of the night (morning) in order to stop touting - so perhaps tis that. Hope so. |

Yeah that's what I figured too Wheels, makes sense
People charging for pre-sale links disgust me! Arctic Monkeys had a good scheme going for their pre-sale. You got a one off code to access the pre-sale site based on your IP and e-mail address. This would allow you to only buy 4 tickets. It still didn't work quite right, as it barred people on shared IPs etc, and it's not that hard to get around it all. But it was a step in the right direction. |

I just signed up for the Damien Rice newsletter again with a different address in case it gets sent out when I'm at work (I can't access my personal account from there, where I'm currently subscribed to)
After I signed up, it brought me to this page where I can go to the newsletter archives: http://newsweaver.ie/drm/index000161...b11,b6FhD6MW,w An e-mail with the pre-sale link is in the archives, but seemingly was never sent out. The link is this e-mail that never was is this: http://www.seetickets.com/sjmmaj/ind...ite=damienrice Am I on to something? Guess I'll find out at 9am! |

Yep, just joined about 45 mins ago to try and find out the pre-sale link that we never got. There isn't even a forum on DR.com so this was the next best thing. |

Got 'em. All seated - which I personally prefer. Not sure what seats I have, it didn't tell me. We'll see! Hope everyone else who wanted them got them. x |

Got my tickets! All seated gigs which is good. I notice though that only one of the three front blocks were available at each venue. I presume the other 2 will go on sale tomorrow so I might see if I can get better seats then.
At the moment I'm in the 5th row from the front at Manchester..... |

I think Plymouth sounds like the only place where seats aren't allocated?
My ones for Manchester and London were ok. |

Just looked at layout for Plymouth Pavillions, looks like the stage moves forward into the arena. Might be quite cosy if this is the case. Wonder if other venues are the same...?

At Manchester they have the option of using a half-hall set up which makes a massive venue more intimate. Sadly though, Damo's gig is using the full hall so no chance there.
