well louise....telling you this will immediately do damage to my hipness/coolness/street cred, but thus far my 4 years have been taken up with a BA and MA in history!! shock horror! and the years of study that i plan to do in the future is for a Ph D in history (3 years)...(i should stop now and limit the damage to my already waning coolness), and maybe another 1 year M Philin a bid to become a history lecturer......sad, but true......

thanks for the vote of confidence louise...i certainly wouldve felt a lot more relaxed with my professors if they had been into damien rice and other such cool music anyway.....but i guess by the time im a lecturer, my music will be 'auld fashioned ' and out of date,....oh well, cant win em all!

well....my main area would be irish and british history, 1800-2000....but im also into international relations in the 20th c which includes pretty much everywhere....the US, continental europe and even a little on asia......an historical jack of all trades (or chancer), if u like!!
