The mystery song from Bonnaroo Festival..

I looove the entire Bonnaroo recording because it is absolutely brilliant.
But anyway, what is that "unknown" he sings in transition from Amie to Sex Change? The one that goes I'm so tired....... take your mind off me.... they said hey, why don't you play a normal song... something like that.

Google is refusing to give me answers. Or perhaps I'm getting the lyrics all wrong..

anyone have any idea what the song may be? I really like it.

and also I apologize in advance if it has been discussed already, but there are too many threads titled just "Bonnaroo" and I am lost... lol

i think it's an improv...

you mean the part that goes I went down to Bonnaroo, there is a man with a pair of glasses in his head... I see a man with a camera taking pictures of legs...

I call it the Bonnaroo Improv

the I'm so tired line they're singing is from Portishead's Glorybox by the way

The version of I remember from Bonnaroo is one of the best ever. He does a tiny tiny bit of Kylie Minogue's Can't get you out of my Head!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree! I really do think that's like one of his best performances quite possibly ever. It's delightful.
